from an early age I have been exploring the world through a somewhat spiritual ~ intuitive ~ curious lens, drawn in and fascinated about how to get the most from our minds, our bodies and this journey we call life, always hungry for more, always asking ‘why’.
after fourteen years as a face to face personal trainer, coaching, time in the military, owning cafes and retail spaces, starting a family, working in a high paying corporate role, many mistakes and realisations along the way, i’ve learnt that these achievements, while is the eyes of society ‘desired ~ successful’, left me searching for myself, my truth and my true sense of success.

success to me is the sharing of all that i’ve learnt and to help others on their own journeys; to heal and create lives they are truely inspired to live. i believe we all have a sacred purpose unique to us and it’s our job in this life to reveal what that is and it share it with the world, contributing to the creation of a world where we are all empowered as individuals, in turn leaving us with all that we’ve ever desired.

“I have had two distance healings with Henry and to be completely transparent I have had a very real, emotional, and physical experience. I didn’t know Henry prior to this besides seeing his insightful posts on Instagram. I reached out and we started with a chat of where I was at and how I was feeling.
